Grown in the fog-lined hills of the Russian River Valley, this traditional Méthode Champenoise production showcases captivating aromas of green apple, lime blossoms, toasted almonds, hints of brioche, and white peach. Flavors of high-toned citrus, white peach, and orchard fruits anchor a succulent and refreshing mid-palate framed by a vibrant and persistent acidity. A fine mousse of bubbles brings lift and nerve to an energetic and refreshing finish.
