Grown on the famed Kenefick Ranch that sits on the northeastern benchlands of the Napa Valley, this quintessential expression of Cabernet Franc epitomizes what we love about this heralded grape. Heady aromas of black plums, currant, dark cherries, espresso, dried violets, underbrush, crushed graphite, and toffee effortlessly evolve in the glass. A rich palate of dried strawberries, blackberry pie, slate, milk chocolate, and graham cracker is framed by smooth and opulent mineral-rich tannins that finish with precision and focus. A continued cornerstone expression from a vineyard we consider to be one of the true Grand Cru sites of the Napa Valley.
