TASTING NOTES -
Grown on the undulating mountainous terrain of Atlas Peak, our Cabernet Franc pushes the boundaries of intensity and concentration, yet possesses a beautiful restraint that can only come from fruit born at altitude. Aromas of ripe black plums, wild bay, pulverized rock, dried purple flowers, espresso, and hints of toffee lead into a sensual palate of spiced black raspberries, blackberry preserves, wet stone, and vanilla cream. Mineral-driven tannins provide a beautifully structured framework, wrapped in a veil of acidity that once again speaks to the elevation where this fruit is grown. A powerful and lengthy finish of plush dark fruits and crushed stone highlight the purity and expressive nature of this esteemed Bordeaux varietal
