A powerful blend of fruit from the undulating hills and ridgelines that meander through the Red Rock Vineyard, savory layers of wild blackberries, currants, black raspberries, cherry cobbler, sage, and crushed lavender are on full display. Additional notes of plum preserves, cloves, and wet minerals evolve in the glass, further enhancing the depth of this wine through the mid-palate. The decadent finish is riddled with layers of black fruits, keen acidity, and fine-grained tannins, showcasing the ruggedly beautiful and elevated terroir of the Sierra Foothills.
