TASTING NOTES -
Superbly aged, the 2016 Cabernet Franc is elegant on both the nose and palate. Delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and plum are balanced by the more savory notes of dried herbs and white pepper. On the palate, flavors of baked cherries are enjoyed as the layered, well-integrated tannins give way to a soft, lingering finish.
